This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible, especially considering the prime location. I couldn't believe how close it was to the beautiful lake - just a stone's throw away! Secondly, the staff were fantastic. From the warm welcome at the reception to the friendly service throughout my stay, I felt genuinely well taken care of. Lastly, the basic amenities were top-notch. Even though the rooms had shared bathrooms, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. All in all, this hotel provided me with a wonderful experience.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the train station and the lake. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to explore the lakeside cycle path. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and cozy, and despite the shared bathroom, I did not face any inconvenience as there were multiple bathrooms available. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served by the warm and welcoming mother/daughter team. this hotel offers great value for money and a genuine old-world experience.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.

The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the room had a view of the nearby train station and ferry terminal, which made it easy to get around. the historic property had a lot of character and charm which made for good photo opportunities.
The shared bathroom was not well maintained and was not cleaned frequently, which made it unpleasant to use. the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests with any issues or requests, and didn't provide any useful recommendations for nearby attractions or activities.

We recently had a wonderful weekend stay at a charming and cozy guest house near Lake Bodensee. the warm welcome from the staff made us feel at home right away. the location is superb--just a short stroll from the train station and ferry terminal. And we loved that we could help ourselves to coffee and tea at any time, which was a nice touch. the rooms and shared bathrooms were spotless, and the simple decor added to the tranquil atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided, with fresh bread and local specialties.
The only downside we experienced was that the walls between the rooms were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors occasionally. this did not really detract from our overall experience and we were still able to have a peaceful and restful stay.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near the beautiful Bodensee and had a fantastic experience. the location was incredibly convenient as it was very close to the railway station, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, being just a stone's throw away from the lake was a real treat, as I could enjoy tranquil walks along the lakeside whenever I pleased. Moreover, the hotel was situated near a picturesque lakeside cycle path, perfect for an adventurous bike ride. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, and always at hand to assist with any queries or concerns I had.
No complaints at all! Every aspect of my stay was splendid.

Nestled near the railway station and lakeside cycle path, this charming hotel is situated in a prime location. A few steps away from the lake, this old-world treasure is a rare gem indeed. the hotel offers perfectly comfortable shared bathrooms and many noteworthy rooms that are ideal for families. the owner welcomes you with open arms and provides excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure that your stay is an unforgettable one. the breakfast is hearty and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, catering to different dietary needs.
One minor disadvantage of this otherwise wonderful hotel was the lack of en-suite bathrooms.
